Processing time for all orders is 2-3 business days, unless other wise posted. ** PLEASE NOTICE ** this does not include shipping time. Once your order has shipped out, an email with tracking info will be sent to the email you provided. Return Policy:Â
Items may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase for a store credit. Items must arrive to us with:
- All Tags still onÂ
- No stains, rips, or other imperfections.
- No Harsh smells, such as cigarette smoke or etc.
We have the right to decline any exchange that goes against, or contains any of the listed items. The store credit will be sent as a giftcard via email once the items have been returned & approved. The credit can be used on any items on the online store, our brick & mortar location. Please notice: WE DO NOT issue refunds, exchanges only. All sale items 30% off and above, are FINAL SALE.Â
You will have a 15 day window to mail back your items once you’ve received them and submitted a return request. To begin a return, email: thetartcart boutique@gmail.com. You must cover the shipping fee to send back your items. If you picked up your items in store, items must be exchanged, or brought back within 15 days of purchase.
