Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from The Tart Cart Boutique! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit within 15 days of purchase.

Return Eligibility

Items must meet the following requirements to be approved:

  • Returned within 15 days of purchase

  • All original tags attached

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Free of stains, rips, damage, or other imperfections

  • Free of strong odors (including smoke, perfume, etc.)

We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet these guidelines.

Store Credit

  • All approved returns will be issued as store credit only (no refunds).

  • Store credit will be sent via email in the form of a digital gift card once your return has been received and approved.

  • Store credit may be used online or at our brick-and-mortar location.

Final Sale Items

All items discounted 30% or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once your return request is approved, you will have 15 days to mail your item(s) back.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • In-store pickups must be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date
